Quantum Health
When dealing with healthcare and benefits, it can be hard to know where to start. Quantum Health Care Coordinators will be your guides to navigate the healthcare system. Care Coordinators can help you:
- Get answers to claims, billing and benefits questions
- Find in-network providers
- Verify coverage and get prior approval if needed
- Contact providers to coordinate your treatment
- Review your care options
- Replace ID cards
- Enroll in the tobacco cessation program
SWORD (Thrive)
If you are enrolled in a Hertz UMR medical plan, you have free access to the SWORD (Thrive) virtual physical therapy program, which specializes in prevention and management of chronic back, joint, and muscle pain.
As part of the program, you will be assigned a designated physical therapist that will tailor a program specific to your needs, allowing for high-quality, engaging, and personalized treatment that aims to help avoid surgery and drastically reduce healthcare costs.
Teladoc Health
If you are enrolled in a Hertz UMR medical plan, Teladoc provides convenient access to confidential behavioral health support from licensed professionals. You and your enrolled dependents can connect with therapists or psychiatrists for concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, and overall emotional well‑being.
Visits are available from the privacy of your home using a phone, tablet, or computer, making it easier to fit care into your schedule. Copays and out‑of‑pocket costs vary based on your specific medical plan. For questions about coverage, costs, or available services, contact a Quantum Health Care Coordinator at 877‑674‑3045 for personalized support.

One Pass
Employees enrolled in the Hertz UMR medical plan are eligible to enroll in One Pass, a fitness and wellness platform packed with valuable perks. Beginning October 1, One Pass will be available to all Hertz employees.
One Pass provides access to 20,000+ gyms nationwide—including major brands and local favorites—as well as 35,000+ live and on-demand fitness classes. The program also includes exclusive perks like free grocery delivery through subscriptions such as Walmart+ and Shipt.
