Get back-to-school guidance and support from SupportLinc, find discounts and savings through Perks at Work, and manage expenses with benefits from Hertz CorePlus. Fidelity is offering free webinars on the topics of college finances and student loan debt. If enrolled in DCFSA, make sure to utilize any remaining funds for childcare expenses by December 31.

Visit the Well-Being Programs page for additional resources available to you as part of your Hertz employee benefits.

Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA) Funds

The dependent care FSA (DCFSA) covers child care expenses while you are at work for children under age 13 or for other dependents who are incapable of self-care. If you have funds remaining in your DCFSA, make sure to spend them before the plan year ends on Dec. 31; otherwise, you will lose any funds that you don’t spend.

Some eligible expenses that can be paid for by the DCFSA include child care, babysitting, before- and after-school programs, nursery school, and preschool.

Reminder: When you have a dependent care expense, you will pay the provider and then file a claim for reimbursement by completing and submitting the DCFSA Claim Form.
