Short-Term Disability

Short-term benefits for employees.

Short-Term Disability is paycheck insurance that protects a portion of your income in the event of a short-term illness, pregnancy, or a non-occupational injury.

Non-Exempt Employees

Non-exempt employees receive a company-paid core-benefit and you can choose to purchase additional coverage. Your coverage options are:

  • 50% of your salary up to $500 weekly max
  • 60% of your salary up to a weekly max of $1,000.

Please note that employees in CA, HI, NJ, and RI are not eligible for STD coverage.

Exempt Employees

Exempt employees receive a salary continuation benefit.
