Chinese Community Health Plan (CCHP) Benefits

Employees who work at the San Francisco Airport may be eligible for an HMO medical plan through the Chinese Community Health Plan (CCHP).

Benefits Eligibility

Depending on your work group, you may be eligible for other plans along with the CCHP plan. Refer to your enrollment letter for more information about the benefits you may be eligible for.

• Part-Time Employee, Not Eligible for Hertz Custom Benefit Program
• Union Employee, Not Eligible for Hertz Custom Benefit Program

If you are an employee not eligible for the CCHP, you will be eligible to participate in the Hertz Custom Benefit Program as explained on HertzBenefits.com.
